Neil de Crescenzo President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Neil de Crescenzo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Change Healthcare. He leads teams working across multiple healthcare segments that help customers accelerate their efforts to improve healthcare. Prior to Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's Global Health Sciences business. Previously, he spent a decade at IBM Corporation, including his last role as a senior executive for Global Healthcare Business Consulting Services. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in a major hospital system, a large multi-specialty group practice and at a major health insurer.

Mr. de Crescenzo earned a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Health Care Council, NashvilleHealth, and the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Healthcare Leadership Council. He is a member of the Aspen Group.

Fredrik Eliasson EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Eliasson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Eliasson was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at CSX Corporation. He also served as CSX's Chief Financial Officer.

During his time at CSX, Mr. Eliasson held numerous financial leadership positions, including Director of Investor Relations, Vice President of Commercial Finance and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. He also served in many other senior leadership roles including Vice President of Emerging Markets, and Vice President of Chemicals and Fertilizer.

Mr. Eliasson holds a Bachelor's degree and MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

August Calhoun is EVP & President, Sales and Operations. Mr. Calhoun brings more than 20 years' healthcare software and services expertise, joining Change Healthcare from Siemens, where he was SVP and general manager (GM) of Services. In that role, he was responsible for Siemens' North American services portfolio – including strategy, sales, operations and lifecycle management – with more than 3,000 consultants and service professionals.

Prior to Siemens, Mr. Calhoun held increasingly senior leadership positions in several dynamic organizations, demonstrating a strong track record of focusing on customers and business outcomes. He progressed from sales roles at IBM to national sales roles at Dell, then led one of Dell’s largest industry verticals. He later served as SVP and GM for the $250M Provider Solutions business at Truven Health Analytics prior to joining Siemens.

Mr. Calhoun has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware, and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Loretta Cecil, EVP, General Counsel, Change Healthcare

Loretta Cecil EVP, General Counsel

Ms. Cecil is EVP, General Counsel for Change Healthcare. Previously at McKesson, she served as senior vice president, governance relations and as general counsel of McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS). She supported the board of directors, chairman, chief executive officer, and other members of McKesson’s executive committee regarding governance and related shareholder outreach. Prior to joining McKesson in 2006, Ms. Cecil was AT&T Corporation’s top attorney and regulatory and legislative lobbyist in the South. Her career also includes tenure at NCR Corporation where she was general counsel and chief compliance officer for the Retail Division. She was also a member of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP.

Ms. Cecil received her law degree with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Choy is EVP, R&D and Chief Information Officer for Change Healthcare. Formerly, Mr. Choy was global vice president, Product Development at Oracle Corporation, responsible for all research, development, and delivery of the Oracle healthcare and life sciences product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Choy was vice president of Engineering for enterprise software products for Adobe Systems, where he brought in and cultivated an enterprise software culture and product discipline, and was a key driver of its Cloud transformation and key technology acquisitions, leading to its Digital Marketing Platform. Mr. Choy also held senior product and engineering positions, including founding team level, at Interwoven, Veritas Software, Tandem, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard. 

Mr. Choy has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Kris Joshi, Ph.D. EVP & President, Network Solutions

Mr. Joshi is EVP & President, Network Solutions for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Joshi was global vice president for healthcare product strategy for the Health Sciences Global Business Unit of the Oracle Corporation. He helped launch the health sciences business unit and successfully led two acquisitions for Oracle in life sciences. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Joshi served in senior strategy roles with IBM’s Global Sales and Distribution organization, and McKinsey and Company, where he served Fortune 500 clients on strategy issues. 

Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Caltech, and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT. He also serves on the Board of the Personalized Medicine Coalition.

Mr. Laur is EVP & President, Technology Enabled Services for Change Healthcare.

Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Laur was President of the SAP Health division with responsibility over strategy, innovation, sales, marketing, and operations for SAP’s global healthcare business. In this position, Mr. Laur was reporting into the SAP Executive Management Board. Before joining SAP, Mr. Laur was Chief Executive Officer of Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, a global services and analytics company of 5000+ employees.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Laur worked at Cognizant as the Managing Director of the Healthcare Digital Ventures and Global Director of Strategy. Before this, he served nearly ten years as an Associate Partner in the strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting in New York City, Brussels and Boston.

Mr. Laur holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master in Business Administration from the ICHEC Brussels School of Management.

Mr. McEnery is EVP and Chief Marketing Officer of Change Healthcare. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Mr. McEnery was the Chief Marketing Officer of Optum (a part of UnitedHealth Group), the country’s largest diversified health services business. Throughout his career, he served in many leadership positions, including Managing Partner of Green Point Partners, Vice President of Global Marketing at Fair Isaac Corporation, and several roles at Fallon Worldwide. Over the past 25 years, he contributed to the success of businesses such as Nikon, Fortune Brands, Weyerhaeuser, First Bank System, General Mills, ConAgra, Ralston Purina, and Motorola.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Mr. McEnery has completed executive level coursework at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.

Mr. O’Reilly is EVP & President, Software & Analytics at Change Healthcare. Previously, he was president of McKesson Health Solutions (MHS). He led McKesson’s portfolio of industry-leading clinical evidence and technology to help payers and providers collaborate for better healthcare at lower costs. Additionally, Mr. O’Reilly led portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and integrated planning as SVP of Strategy and Business Development and served as president of McKesson’s Health Systems Enterprise Solutions. In his earlier career, he served as the president of the Enterprise Medical Imaging Group, and vice president of operations at A.L.I. Technologies. 

Mr. O’Reilly earned a B.B.A with a joint major in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, and a M.B.A from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor is EVP, Chief People Officer of Change Healthcare. Formerly, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Amerigroup Corporation. Prior to Amerigroup, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was senior vice president of Human Resources Operations for Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance), where she helped take the company public in 2004. Prior to that, Ms. Whitley-Taylor spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, comprising of operations, quality, training, talent management, and human resources. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor has a B.A. in Psychology from Radford University. She served as Rector of the Board of Visitors at Radford University, and is a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.

Mr. Giannasi is the Chief AI Officer for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Giannasi was vice president for life sciences product strategy for the Health Sciences Global Business Unit of the Oracle Corporation. He successfully led product, including acquisitions and partnerships for Oracle in life sciences growing that significantly over his tenure. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Giannasi was Head of Informatics at GE Healthcare and co-founded a Biotech, Phenocure.

Mr. Giannasi holds a First Class Bachelor's degree in Zoology & Biochemistry from The University of Reading, a Ph.D. in Population Genetics from the University of Wales and held a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Leverhulme Trust.

Mr. Bise is Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development for Change Healthcare. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions as well as enterprise business development activities.

Prior to joining the company in 2015, Mr. Bise was a private equity investment professional at Harvest Partners and at Tailwind Capital. He began his investment career at BlackRock as a private equity analyst.

Mr. Bise is a CFA charterholder. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from James Madison University.
