Kathleen is a 30-year veteran in the U.S. health insurance, health services, and health information technology sectors.  As a certified project management professional (PMP), Kathleen has local, national, and international project management experience.  

Kathleen has led a start-up for MMP and DSNP duals as well as ACA.  Her experience also includes successful operational turnaround initiatives such as:

• A post-merger stoppage of a $64M loss bleed
• Process and metric improvements in Medicaid and Medicare driving EBIT
• Improvement of production and quality to create the top US division
