Cynthia Intihar-Hogue, RN, BSN, CCM

Cynthia has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, with an extensive background in medical management software consulting, program/project management, process analysis, product management, health plan operations, and care management. Her diverse clinical experience has spanned the continuum of care to include acute care, emergency department, home health, UM, transitions of care (TOC), and population health. Cynthia focuses on helping health systems use information technology to improve processes, enhance the patient experience, and strengthen overall system performance.


  • Worked as a senior project manager for 20 years, evaluating and creating process recommendations, overseeing product configurations, maintaining plans and financials, and developing and executing education plans
  • As director of product development and client solutions, managed product design, client engagements, marketing and sales strategies, including pricing and RFPs
  • Conducted health plan assessment and consultation, including UM/CM/TOC and population health management for commercial and third-party administrators
  • Experienced with managing indemnity, PPO, POS, and HMO products, healthcare management services, commercial care, and case management
