Ava Reinstein

Ava has over 30 years of healthcare experience with 20 years of experience in project and program management for health plans and third-party administrators. She brings an in depth understanding of payer operations, reporting and analytics, client relations, claims and encounter processing and vendor oversight. She had managed over 20 healthcare software installations/data migrations and overseen the deployment of operational and leadership reporting/dashboard portals. Her experience has involved working with commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, special needs, mental health, dental and vision plans.

Experience

• Oversaw a real estate initiative involving resource deployment home and operational migrations/centralization resulting in a $30M client savings
• Provided program management services for AI enabled claims workflow system development and deployment
• Provided project management and solution architect service to integrate EDIFECs claims and encounter solution with two legacy claims systems
• Oversaw the special needs program for a TPA including the call center operations, reporting and analytics and client management
• Developed a health plan project management shop including hiring, training, portfolio creation and oversight of the health plan’s top 30 technology and operational projects
• Project managed multiple software system updates, conversions and integrations
• Managed an on-demand health plan digital print shop delivering member collateral material, marketing prototypes and operational reporting
