Patrick Spiller, PMP

Patrick has more than 19 years of consulting experience in the healthcare IT industry. He has expertise in business and technical analysis and team leadership for vendor system implementations. Patrick maintains an extensive knowledge of core system implementations, starting from requirements definition through testing and QA. Additionally, Patrick is experienced with programming in Visual Basic, Microsoft Access VBA, Java, C++, COBOL, HTML, and XML.  He is also proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, SQL, AS400 queries, Microsoft Excel, and testing tools.

  • Served as interim IT applications manager for a Medicaid health plan in Texas managing IT staff responsibilities and the coordination of a new business line configuration
  • Project manager for several system conversion and product implementations; goals and deliverables  were met
  • Audited project management artifacts and created scoring system to measure and score project management materials
