Mr. Vinakovsky has more than eight years of experience with managing and troubleshooting CPACS and PACS systems and related IT projects at Change Healthcare. He has developed and executed projects such as domain migrations, disaster recovery systems and related testing, and consulted on a variety of IT topics including Active Directory, security, and storage. He is currently responsible for the Change Healthcare Information Technology Solutions line of projects which include cloud storage, disaster recovery consulting, and IT services.
