In Revenue Cycle

By Kevin Weeks, FACHE, Director, Strategic Marketing, Change Healthcare

One of our favorite annual events is just around the corner: Becker’s Hospital Review CEO + CFO Roundtable kicks off November 13th and runs through the 15th at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago. It’s the sixth year for this must-attend gathering, with over 122 hospital CEOs, CFOs, and industry experts sharing their views on the issues, opportunities, and strategies that matter to health system executives.

We’ll be there in force, with Change Healthcare experts leading or driving several sessions, joined by representatives of our executive, sales, and account management leadership, including:

  • Arien Malec, Senior VP of Research & Development, who will lead a workshop titled, “Solving the Policy Problem for Healthcare Data Sharing.” Arien’s presentation takes place Monday the 13th at 12:00 noon in the Lincoln Park Room.
  • AVP Eric Krepfle and VP of Business Development Linda Glidewell, who will co-host the executive roundtable, “Are Payer and Provider Investments in Consumer Engagement Making a Difference?” This invitation-only event is Tuesday, November 14th, at 12:05 p.m.
  • Brian Kemp, VP of Operations, who will join a panel with health system executives to discuss, “How Does Financial Leadership Assure Revenue Cycle Management is Effective and Efficient?” This session takes place Tuesday, November 14th, at 2:45 p.m.
  • Ylone Xavier, Senior Business Advisor, Enterprise Intelligence, will join other health system executives on a panel, “Can Costs Still be Taken Out of Organizations? Core Thoughts for 2017 and 2018.” That panel fires up Wednesday, November the 15th, at 10:50 a.m.

In addition to these crucial sessions, you won’t want to miss the keynote speakers, including Nancy Howell Agee, President and Chief Executive Officer, Carilion Clinic; Barry S. Arbuckle, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, MemorialCare Health System; David Feinberg, M.D., M.B.A., President and Chief Executive Officer, Geisinger Health System; Kevin Vermeer, President and Chief Executive Officer, UnityPoint Health; and Mitch Wasden, Chief Executive Officer, the University of Missouri Health Care System.

We hope to see you there!
