Neil de Crescenzo, President and CEO of Change Healthcare

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. de Crescenzo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Change Healthcare. He leads teams working across multiple healthcare segments that help customers and other industry stakeholders accelerate their efforts to improve healthcare. Prior to Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's Global Health Sciences business. Previously, he spent a decade at IBM Corporation, including his last role as a senior executive for Global Healthcare Business Consulting Services. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in a major hospital system, a large multi-specialty group practice and at a major health insurer.

Mr. de Crescenzo earned a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Health Care Council, NashvilleHealth and the Personalized Medicine Coalition as well as on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Healthcare Leadership Council.


Al Hamood, EVP, Finance and CFO of Change Healthcare

Samuel Allen (Al) Hamood is EVP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Change Healthcare, having joined the company in July 2017. Formerly, Mr. Hamood was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TransUnion, where he led the company through two private-equity sales transactions and an initial public offering, along with several secondary offerings.

Prior to joining TransUnion, Mr. Hamood was Senior Vice President and CFO for the U.S. Region of Hewlett Packard (formerly EDS), as well as vice president of Investor Relations and senior director of Corporate Strategy and Planning. Prior to that, he spent seven years at the Walt Disney company. His career began with the audit practice of Deloitte and Touche.

Mr. Hamood is a board member and audit committee chairman of The Culligan Corporation, and a board member for Chicago Run (not for profit). He sits on the Finance Advisory Council for the Tippee College of Business at the University of Iowa, and on the Advisory Board for the Ernst and Young CFO Advisory Council. Mr. Hamood has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa. He earned his Juris Doctorate, with Distinction, from Southwestern University School of Law and is a member of the Illinois Bar.


Erkan Akyuz, EVP & President, Imaging, Workflow & Care Solutions for Change Healthcare

Mr. Akyuz is EVP & President, Imaging, Workflow & Care Solutions for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Akyuz was president of Imaging and Workflow Solutions (IWS) for McKesson Technology Solutions. Before joining the McKesson IWS team in 2014, he was president and chief executive officer at Vital Images Inc. and executive vice president and chief technology officer at Agfa Healthcare, a $1.6 billion subsidiary of Agfa, with oversight of the Imaging Informatics business.

By education and profession, Mr. Akyuz is a software engineer. He began his career at Mitra Imaging in Waterloo, Ont. Mitra was acquired by Agfa Healthcare. He has worked in the healthcare IT profession since 2001 and on the business side of the industry since 2006.

Mr. Akyuz holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France.


Loretta Cecil, EVP, General Counsel for Change Healthcare

Ms. Cecil is EVP, General Counsel for Change Healthcare. Her prior role at McKesson was as senior vice president, governance relations, and also as general counsel of McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS). At McKesson, she supported the board of directors, chairman and chief executive officer, as well as other members of McKesson’s executive committee regarding governance and related shareholder outreach.

Prior to joining McKesson in 2006, Ms. Cecil held senior positions at AT&T Corp. where she was the company’s top attorney and regulatory and legislative lobbyist in the South. Her experience also includes tenure at NCR Corporation where she was general counsel and chief compliance officer for NCR’s Retail Division. Ms. Cecil also has been a member of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP.

Ms. Cecil received her law degree with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.


Alex Choy, EVP, R&D and CIO for Change Healthcare

Mr. Choy is EVP, R&D and Chief Information Officer for Change Healthcare. He initially joined Change Healthcare in the same capacity in January 2014. Formerly, Mr. Choy was Global Vice President, Product Development at Oracle Corporation, responsible for all aspects related to research, development and delivery of the Oracle healthcare and life sciences product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Choy was the Vice President of Engineering for enterprise software products for Adobe Systems, where he brought enterprise software culture and product discipline to Adobe, as well being a key driver of its Cloud transformation, leading to its Digital Experience Platform. Mr. Choy also held senior product and engineering positions, including at founding team level, at Interwoven, Veritas Software, Tandem, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Choy has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.


Kris Joshi, EVP & President, Network Solutions for Change Healthcare

Mr. Joshi is EVP & President, Network Solutions for Change Healthcare. He initially joined Change Healthcare as  Executive Vice President, Products  in December 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Joshi was Global Vice President for healthcare product strategy for the Health Sciences Global Business Unit of the Oracle Corporation. He helped launch the health sciences business unit and successfully led two acquisitions for Oracle in the life sciences space. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Joshi served in senior strategy roles in IBM’s Global Sales and Distribution organization. Prior to that, Mr. Joshi was with McKinsey and Company, where he served Fortune 500 clients on strategy issues.

Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Caltech, and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.


Tom McEnery, EVP and CMO of Change Healthcare

Mr. McEnery is EVP and Chief Marketing Officer of Change Healthcare after having initially joined the company in October 2014 with the same responsibilities. Formerly, Mr. McEnery was the Chief Marketing Officer of Optum (a part of UnitedHealth Group), the country’s largest diversified health services business. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Mr. McEnery was Managing Partner of Green Point Partners, and previously was Vice President, Global Marketing at Fair Isaac Corporation. Mr. McEnery also held a number of senior leadership positions at Fallon Worldwide and over the past 25 years has contributed to the success of businesses as diverse as Nikon, Fortune Brands, Weyerhaeuser, First Bank System (currently US Bank), General Mills, ConAgra, Ralston Purina, and Motorola.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Mr. McEnery has also completed executive level coursework at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.


Rod O’Reilly, EVP & President, Software & Analytics at Change Healthcare

Mr. O’Reilly is EVP & President, Software & Analytics at Change Healthcare. Prior to this, he was president of McKesson Health Solutions (MHS) within McKesson Technology Solutions. In that role he led McKesson’s portfolio of industry-leading clinical evidence and expert technology to help payers and providers collaborate for better healthcare outcomes at lower costs.

Additionally while at McKesson, Mr. O’Reilly led portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and integrated planning as SVP of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Technology Solutions. He has served as president of McKesson’s Health Systems Enterprise Solutions. Previously, as the president of the Enterprise Medical Imaging Group, under his leadership, the business grew to nearly 2,800 facilities running McKesson’s diagnostic imaging products. He joined McKesson in 2002 through the acquisition of A.L.I. Technologies, where he had served as vice president of operations since 1998.

Prior to joining A.L.I. in 1997, Mr. O’Reilly held senior management positions in operations management and marketing over a 10-year period at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. O’Reilly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a joint major in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.


Mark Vachon, EVP & President, Sales and Operations at Change Healthcare

Mr. Vachon is EVP & President, Sales and Operations and leader of our Technology Enabled Services business for Change Healthcare. Prior to this, he was an Operating Advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners. He has over 30 years of operating experience at General Electric and is a former GE Company Officer and Member of the GE Corporate Executive Council. Mr. Vachon was the President and CEO of GE Healthcare Americas, where he led the ground-up development of the Americas $9B region (U.S., Canada, Latin America) and President and CEO of GE Global Diagnostic Imaging, where he led the turnaround and rebranding of the largest product and service business ($8B) within GE's Healthcare division.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Vachon was the Executive Vice President & CFO of NBC. He also served as GE's Vice President of Investor Relations and held numerous financial and operating roles after starting his career with GE in 1982.

Mr. Vachon is on the board of bluebird bio, Numotion Mobility, Northeastern University and the Charitable Health and Retirement Trust. He holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and an M.A. from Boston College.


Linda Whitley-Taylor, EVP, Chief People Officer of Change Healthcare

Ms. Whitley-Taylor is EVP, Chief People Officer of Change Healthcare and initially joined the company in December 2013 with the same capacity. Formerly, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Amerigroup Corporation. Prior to Amerigroup, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance), where she helped take the company public in 2004. She also held roles in Human Resources, Training, and Quality. Prior to that, Ms. Whitley-Taylor spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, comprising of operations, quality, training, talent management, and human resources, including assignments in Bangkok and Tokyo. She has significant experience in talent development and people strategy initiatives and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor has a B.A. in Psychology from Radford University. Her volunteer work includes serving as Rector of the Board of Visitors at Radford University, and as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.


Megan Callahan, SVP & Chief Strategy Officer of Change Healthcare

Ms. Callahan is SVP & Chief Strategy Officer for Change Healthcare. Prior, she served as senior vice president of Corporate Strategy & Business Development for McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS) where she led overall strategy, portfolio management, merger and acquisition strategy, and integrated planning. She joined McKesson in 2004 as VP, Strategy & Portfolio for McKesson Health Solutions.

Ms. Callahan has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, spanning payer, provider and technology companies. Prior to McKesson, she worked in various product management and strategy roles at Vitria Technology, the HealthNet New Ventures Group, St. Joseph Health System, and for a variety of payer and provider clients during her tenure with the healthcare strategy team at Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Callahan is a Board Member of the Commonwell Health Alliance.

Ms. Callahan has a B.S. in biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MPH in Health Care Administration and Epidemiology from UCLA.
