Dental Enrollment

Change Healthcare has developed processes to allow payers and providers to electronically exchange sensitive dental claims, patient eligibility, ERA, and EFT payment information. Please make your selection from the available transaction types listed below.

Please note that some payers may require additional EDI enrollment paperwork, specific online payer enrollment, or requests submitted via the dental enrollment team to be completed before submission of claims, eligibility inquiry, or receipt of ERA files can begin. Please check the Change Healthcare Payer List for each payers’ specific EDI enrollment requirements. If additional enrollment tasks are required by a payer, you must receive an approval from the payer prior to submitting claims, inquiring about eligibility, or receiving ERA files, or the transactions may be rejected.
