My daughter has amblyopia. We've been fortunate to address it using patching instead of having to go to surgery and she has had marvelous results doing exercises to strengthen her eye. We got her some really cool patches at http://www.eyepatchheaven.com. She loved choosing a different style for her patch each day and we rarely had problems getting her to wear them.
