Kilgore comes to Change Healthcare with nearly 25 years experience in the healthcare and benefits arena. Having successfully led business development and account management at Mercer, Prudential, UnitedHealthcare and CVS Caremark during this time, Kilgore brings a unique understanding of the perspectives of employers, health plans and the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. His responsibilities at Change Healthcare include leading sales, new revenue generation and account management for the company’s employer, health plan and strategic partner relationships.

With 15 years of successful business development and sales program management, Thompson hit the ground running when he joined Change Healthcare Corporation in 2007.  As an expert in the sale of new concepts to large employers and the management of consultative-oriented sales teams, Thompson is well positioned to drive business development growth.

Tate McDaniel
Vice President Business Development

McDaniel is a business development professional with 15 years of expertise in developing and managing strategic partnerships, leading consultative sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 companies and developing start-up new business generation programs. He joined Change Healthcare Corporation from SunTrust Bank, where he was director of business development for the bank's corporate institutional division focusing on their largest corporate investment banking clients.
