Douglas Ghertner
President

Ghertner joins Change Healthcare Corporation after more than 14 years of experience spanning healthcare benefit management to technology-related industries. Having worked in both mature and entrepreneurial environments, Ghertner is well positioned to drive growth in the expanding market for healthcare cost transparency. During eight years in leadership positions with CVS Caremark, most recently as senior vice president of client solutions, Ghertner saw cost transparency as a game-changing opportunity in the payor and self-insured employer market. With a deep understanding of progressive Pharmacy Benefit Management product and service offerings, Ghertner will drive sales, operations and client relationships.

Christopher Parks
Founder and Chief Development Officer

Parks founded Change Healthcare Corporation based on more than 18 years of experience in executive roles in various areas of healthcare including, disease management, technology, healthcare operations management and supply chain consulting. As a multi-channel healthcare expert, Parks understands the industry and the crippling lack of information available to healthcare consumers. Through his own personal experience, he is on a mission to change the healthcare market by improving information flow and cost transparency for consumers to empower their ability to make healthcare decisions.

Julia Polk
Chief Financial Officer

With more than 25 years of investment banking, start-up team management, financing, business model development and M&A experience, Polk is a veteran with a broad set of critical skills and a track record of driving new healthcare concepts to profitability. Polk has managed several successful growth stage organizations in terms of financial, capital and legal strategies, business model development and identification and negotiation of strategic alliances.

Geoff Kilgore
Senior Vice President Sales and Account Management

Kilgore comes to Change Healthcare with nearly 25 years experience in the healthcare and benefits arena. Having successfully led business development and account management at Mercer, Prudential, UnitedHealthcare and CVS Caremark during this time, Kilgore brings a unique understanding of the perspectives of employers, health plans and the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. His responsibilities at Change Healthcare include leading sales, new revenue generation and account management for the company’s employer, health plan and strategic partner relationships.
