Neil de Crescenzo
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. de Crescenzo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Change Healthcare. He has led teams working across multiple healthcare segments in order to help customers accelerate their efforts to improve healthcare. Prior to Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle’s Global Health Sciences business. Previously, he spent a decade at IBM Corporation, including his last role as a senior executive for Global Healthcare Business Consulting Services. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in a major hospital system, a large multi-specialty group practice and at a major health insurer. Mr. de Crescenzo began his career in investment banking.

Mr. de Crescenzo earned a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Health Care Council, NashvilleHealth and the Personalized Medicine Coalition as well as on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Healthcare Leadership Council.

Randy Giles
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Giles was appointed Executive Vice President, Finance of Change Healthcare in February 2014 and is our Chief Financial Officer. Formerly, Mr. Giles was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Coventry Health Care, Inc. and was responsible for all corporate finance functions. Prior to Coventry, Mr. Giles held numerous executive positions with UnitedHealthcare, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, Inc., including serving as CEO of two of UnitedHealthcare’s health plans in Texas and as Division/Region CFO for several markets. Mr. Giles held senior level positions at various health plans and began his career at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Giles has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. with concentration in Finance and Accounting from Emory University. 

Kevin C. Barrett
Executive Vice President - Change Healthcare and President - Altegra Health
Mr. Barrett is Executive Vice President of Change Healthcare and President of Altegra Health. Previously, he served as an executive-in-residence with Bain Capital Ventures and SV Life Sciences. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of PolyMedica Corporation. Prior to PolyMedica, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Synergy Informatics division of Quintiles Transnational.

Mr. Barrett holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. 

Alex Choy
Executive Vice President - Research and Development and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Choy was appointed Executive Vice President, Research and Development, and Chief Information Officer of Change Healthcare in January 2014. Formerly, Mr. Choy was Global Vice President, Product Development at Oracle Corporation, responsible for all aspects related to research, development and delivery of the Oracle healthcare and life sciences product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Choy was the Vice President of Engineering for enterprise software products for Adobe Systems, where he brought enterprise software culture and product discipline to Adobe, creating its Customer Experience Platform product line, a $425 million business. Mr. Choy also held senior level engineering and development positions at Interwoven, Veritas Software, Tandem, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard. 

Mr. Choy has a B. S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Jason Erdell
Executive Vice President - Technology Enabled Services
Mr. Erdell was appointed Executive Vice President, Technology-enabled Services of Change Healthcare in January 2015. Prior, Mr. Erdell held numerous executive positions for MedAssets, including serving as Managing Director of Consulting and Professional Services and the General Manager of Workforce Solutions. Prior to joining MedAssets, Mr. Erdell was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Accounts for The Broadlane Group, a healthcare group purchasing organization acquired by MedAssets. Previously, Mr. Erdell held senior level positions for Gap Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Erdell received a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Doug Ghertner
Chief Sales Officer and President, Engagement Solutions
As Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Ghertner is responsible for all sales activities at the company, as well as ensuring that our diverse customer portfolio of payers, providers, pharmacies and channel partners fully leverage the unique capabilities of Change Healthcare.  In addition, in his role as President of our Engagement Solutions business, Mr. Ghertner leads the company’s efforts to address the shift towards consumerism that is transforming healthcare. Mr. Ghertner brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare benefit management and technology–related industries. His breadth of experience in both mature and entrepreneurial environments provides him with a foundation for driving growth in dynamic, rapidly evolving healthcare environments. Prior to joining the former Change Healthcare in 2011, Mr. Ghertner spent eight years in leadership positions with CVS Health, most recently as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Kris Joshi
Executive Vice President - Products
Mr. Joshi was appointed Executive Vice President, Products of Change Healthcare in December 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Joshi was Global Vice President for healthcare product strategy for the Health Sciences Global Business Unit of the Oracle Corporation. He helped launch the health sciences business unit, and successfully led two acquisitions for Oracle in the life sciences space. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Joshi served in senior strategy roles in IBM’s Global Sales and Distribution organization. Prior to that, Mr. Joshi was with McKinsey and Co, where he served Fortune 500 clients on strategy issues.

Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Caltech, and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.

Frank Manzella
Senior Vice President - Corporate Development
Mr. Manzella is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Change Healthcare. Previously, Mr. Manzella served as Director of Corporate Development and Finance for Aptuit LLC, a global provider of pharmaceutical development services. Mr. Manzella was also a Managing Director and Partner of Asanté Partners LLC, an investment banking boutique providing sophisticated strategic advisory services across all healthcare sectors. His background includes responsibilities in global healthcare investment banking at JP Morgan Chase and complex financing at GE Capital.

Mr. Manzella received a Bachelor’s degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.

W. Thomas McEnery
Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Marketing Officer
Mr. McEnery was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Marketing Officer of Change Healthcare in October 2014. Formerly, Mr. McEnery was the Chief Marketing Officer of Optum (a part of UnitedHealth Group), the country’s largest diversified health services business. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Mr. McEnery was Managing Partner of Green Point Partners, and previously was Vice President, Global Marketing at Fair Isaac Corporation. Mr. McEnery also held a number of senior leadership positions at Fallon Worldwide and over the past 25 years has contributed to the success of businesses as diverse as Nikon, Fortune Brands, Weyerhaeuser, First Bank System (currently US Bank), General Mills, ConAgra, Ralston Purina and Motorola.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Mr. McEnery has also completed executive level coursework at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.

Chris Olson
Executive Vice President - Operations
Mr. Olson was appointed Executive Vice President, Operations of Change Healthcare in March 2015. Prior to Change Healthcare, Mr. Olson was the Chief Operations Officer for Genworth Financial’s U.S. Life Insurance companies. Previously, he was the president of Genworth’s Senior Supplemental insurance business, including serving as President and CEO of the Continental Life Insurance Company of Brentwood, Tennessee and of the American Continental Insurance Company. Earlier in his 17 years with Genworth and GE Financial, he held various leadership positions in operations and technology. Before his tenure with GE Financial, Mr. Olson served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Olson earned a A.B. in Economics from Duke University and an M.S. in Financial Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Gregory T. Stevens
Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Stevens was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Change Healthcare in July 2008. Prior, Mr. Stevens served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of Spheris Inc. Previously, Mr. Stevens served as Acting General Counsel and Secretary of Luminex Corporation. Before Luminex Corporation, Mr. Stevens served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Envoy Corporation. Prior to joining Envoy, Mr. Stevens practiced corporate and securities law with Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC.

Mr. Stevens received a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.

Linda Whitley-Taylor
Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer
Ms. Whitley-Taylor was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Change Healthcare in December 2013. Formerly, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Amerigroup Corporation. Prior to Amerigroup, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance) where she held roles in Human Resources, Training and Quality. Prior to that, Ms. Whitley-Taylor spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, comprising of operations, quality, training, development, and human resources, including assignments in Bangkok and Tokyo. She has significant experience in talent development and people strategy initiatives, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor has a B.A. in Psychology from Radford University. Her volunteer work includes serving as Rector of the Board of Visitors at Radford University. She has earned recognition as a Top Woman in Business for Hampton Roads (Va.) and has been named among the Most Influential Women in Virginia.
